Your Growth Facilitator

ABOUT KELLY

Wouldn’t it be nice to have a super-organized, nerdy researcher by your side as you work to grow your business?

KELLY BERRY – MY STORY

We all have that one friend who is the ultimate organizer and researcher, right?

You know the type—the one who reads every article, checks all the reviews, organizes options into spreadsheets, plans the vacation itinerary, and knows whether you need reservations at that trendy new restaurant. They’re also the ones who actually schedule events when everyone else just says, “We should get together.” Doesn’t everyone have a friend like that?

In my circle, I am that friend.

Sure, people poke fun of my spreadsheets and my penchant for organizing (yes, even spontaneous outings!). But when it comes to making the best decisions about where to stay or what to do, who do they turn to? And when it’s time to schedule and run events to ensure they actually happen, who do they trust? Yours truly!

Nerdy Spreadsheet Gal

The same dedication applies to my clients. My peer group members trust me to find new members and guest speakers who are the perfect fit for their business and the group. They know our meetings will be scheduled well in advance, start and end on time, and deliver the value they expect from their commitment.

My accountability group members rely on me to keep them moving forward consistently, week after week.

Anyone who works with me benefits from my knack for sharing relevant articles and making introductions that can help their business thrive.

Organization and research are my superpowers!

I’m passionate about helping small businesses discover new growth opportunities while leveraging my strengths. What could be more awesome than that? (*Well, maybe live music! 😊)

As a huge rock music fan, I love to let loose and sing at the top of my lungs at concerts (or even in the car).

When I work with you, I become a huge fan of your business too. While I won’t literally sing your praises (I can’t carry a tune to save my life), I will immerse myself in your challenges and goals, eager to uncover information that can propel you forward. And I’ll be there to hold you accountable for using that information and implementing your new plan.

Kelly Berry - Your Small Business Cheerleader

What Really Matters

After 20 years of working with small businesses, here is what I have come to believe:

  1. Small businesses are the lifeblood of our economy and of each community
  2. Small business owners all need to stick together and support each other
  3. It’s really hard to find time for things like research and planning when you’re running a small business

And as a result, I have designed my programs and services to address these core beliefs.

So if your business could use a hyper-organized, research-focused team-mate who wants to connect you with other businesses and help you find new ways to grow, then you’re in the right place and I can’t wait to meet you!

*Who doesn’t love live music? Do you remember your first concert? My first was in elementary school with my family – Barry Manilow. And then the Go-Go’s in high school with friends. I have seen the Foo Fighters five times. And working on checking some of the “classics” off of my To See list. Most recently – Rolling Stones, Green Day, REO Speedwagon and Red Hot Chili Peppers. What bands have you seen recently? Drop me a line and share your favorites! Email me at Kelly@SecondStageGrowth.com!
